1. SUBMIT AN APPLICATION

Join our team! Tell us who you are - your experience, interests, personality, vehicle, review our terms of service, and we’ll be in touch! If we’re hiring in your area and you meet necessary criteria, we’ll schedule an initial virtual interview.

2. CREATE YOUR PROFILE

When a Driving Nanny is approved after several interview rounds, background and reference checks, and a vehicle inspection, a profile can easily be created through our app. This profile will be shared with parents, so that they and their children get to know you prior to a first ride.

3. SET YOUR SCHEDULE

Share your availability and we’ll find rides that work perfectly within any small or large windows of time you have. Share exceptions to this schedule, be it vacation time when you’ll be away, or a one-time appointment that will prevent you from completing one of your regularly scheduled drives, so that we can find a replacement.

4. FIND DRIVES

Based on your schedule, you’ll have access to a list of rides that might work well for you. Request any unassigned rides you’d like based on the ride details available to you.

  • Have extensive child care experience in their backgrounds

  • A safe, reliable vehicle that meets or exceeds state TNC regulations

  • Pass a rigorous interview and onboarding process, that requires they prove timeliness, reliability and a strong sense of care and responsibility

  • Have a clean personal background and driving record

    Kidcaboo meets many Driving Nannies who meet that checklist, but checking boxes is not why someone is invited to join our team.
