Kidcaboo Incident/Emergency Reporting or Assistance

In case of an emergency during or related to a kidcaboo ride, rider or driver, please immediately contact 908-308-2268 or legal@kidcaboo.com.

Should a rider or ride arranger like or need to report an issue or concern related to a Kidcaboo ride, our operations, policies (including a violation of our non-discrimination and zero-tolerance policies) or a kidcaboo driver, please email legal@kidcaboo.com with details of the incident, within 24 hours, or in extenuating circumstances, as soon as possible, and we will be in touch immediately. You may also call 908-308-2268 for immediate assistance. Reports made will be kept confidential to the fullest extent possible. A thorough, immediate investigation into any reported matter will be initiated, handled and resolved in accordance with kidcaboo’s user agreements and all kidcaboo policies. Action will be not be taken against those who make reports in good faith.

The policies below apply to kidcaboo’s drives, drivers & riders in nj. Should a rider need support or need to report an incident that violates these policies, instructions to do so can be found within the relevant policy. When these policies are updated, notifications of these updates are emailed to all kidcaboo users.

New Jersey WAV Rides

Kidcaboo will always do its best to accomodate a request for wheelchair-accessible tranpsortation. Should kidcaboo be unable to accomodate a request due to a legal, safety-compromising or other legitimate vehicle or driver limitation, we will do all we can to help a ride arranger and rider find a viable, alternative source of wav transportation. Please contact us with any requests for help at 973-996-5692.

In NJ, one of the most reliable, widely-used sources of wav transportation is NJ transit access (their website with more information is linked here). Their phone number is 800-955-2321. In Trenton, NJ, Yellow Cab may also be an available source of wav transit. Their phone number is: 609-396-8181.

TO FILE COMPLAINTS:

For Pennsylvania trips that do not begin or end in Philadelphia, complaints may be filed with the PA Public Utility Commision (PUC) here.

For trips beginning in Philadelphia, complaints may be filed with the Philadelphia Parking Authority at at tldenforcement@philapark.org  or at (215) 683-9440.
